Laura F Grogan
Laura Grogan is a post-doctoral Research Fellow at Griffith University. She recently PhD work was on chytridiomycosis in frogs, undertaken at James Cook University. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (Veterinary) with Honours I from The University of Sydney in 2006 which was undertaken concurrently with her Bachelor of Veterinary Science, awarded with Honours I in 2007. After participating in the 2007 Cornell University Leadership Program for Veterinary Students, she was invited back to Cornell the following year as a Post-Doctoral Research Exchange Scholar. She completed a Small Animal Internal Medicine and Surgery Internship with Veterinary Specialist Services in 2009. Her main interests are wildlife epidemiology, disease ecology and biodiversity conservation.
